ST-DB500 Double shaft shredder

The large double-shaft shredder is designed for heavy industry, mining, construction waste treatment and large recycling enterprises.It adopts double-roller synchronous reverse rotation technology, has super tearing force and wide adaptability.It can efficiently crush high-hardness and large-volume materials such as metal scraps, building concrete, wood, tires, and electronic waste, and achieve material reduction,harmlessness and resource processing.

Core structure
1. Dual-axis system
Two parallel main shafts with staggered blades (knife rollers) on the surface, which generate shear force through counter-rotation. 
The blades are mostly made of high-hardness alloys (such as CrMo alloy, SKD-11), which are wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
2. Drive system
Power is provided by a reduction motor, gearbox or chain drive to ensure synchronous rotation of the two shafts.
3. Box and feed port
The feed port is designed to be wide and can accommodate irregular materials.
4. Control system
Equipped with overload protection, emergency stop function, and reverse function.
