PCB recycling machine (Printed Circuit Board Recycling Machine) is an environmentally friendly equipment specially used to process waste printed circuit boards (PCBs). It aims to efficiently separate metals (such as copper, gold, and aluminum) from non-metallic materials (such as resins and glass fibers) to achieve resource recycling.

Core structure

1. Crushing system: Two crushers crush the materials successively, and finally crush the PCB into 1-5mm particles.

2. Sorting system

Airflow separator: Use density difference to separate metal and non-metal powders.

Electrostatic separator: Separate conductive metal and non-conductive materials through high-voltage electric field.

3. Dust removal device: Filter dust in the crushing process
