Band Saw

A band saw is an industrial equipment designed specifically for cutting metal radiators (such as car radiators, air conditioning radiators, radiators, etc.). It is mainly used to decompose metal parts (aluminum, copper, steel) and non-metallic materials (plastic, rubber) for subsequent sorting and recycling.

Core structure

1. Band saw blade: high-hardness alloy steel or bimetallic material, with teeth designed to suit the metal type (e.g. fine teeth for cutting aluminum, coarse teeth for cutting steel).

2. Cutting table: fixture or hydraulic clamping system to fix the radiator to ensure cutting stability.

3. Power system: motor drives the band saw wheel to rotate at high speed.

Cooling/lubricating device: spray coolant (water-based or oil-based) to reduce friction heat and extend the life of the saw blade.

4. Safety protection: protective cover, emergency brake button, debris collection tank.
