ST-VD100 Vertical Baler machiner

Vertical baler is a kind of equipment that compacts and bundles loose materials (such as waste paper, plastic, metal scraps, textiles, etc.) into regular blocks by vertical compression. It is widely used in waste recycling, logistics warehousing and industrial production. Its core function is to reduce the volume of materials, improve transportation efficiency, and facilitate storage and management.

Core structure

1. Compression chamber and pressure head

Compression chamber: welded from high-strength steel plates, with a feed port on the top and a bag outlet at the bottom. The size can be customized (common capacity 0.5-2 cubic meters).

2. Pressure head: hydraulically driven, vertical reciprocating motion, compression force is usually 10-200 tons (depending on the model), and wear-resistant lining can be installed on the surface.

3. Hydraulic system

Hydraulic pump station, oil cylinder, and control valve group constitute the power core to provide stable high pressure.

Some models use a dual pump system to achieve multi-stage control of fast forward, working forward, and pressure maintenance.

4. Strapping system

Banding device (iron wire, PET belt, etc.) to bundle and fix the material blocks after compression.
