Electronic stator recycling machine is an industrial equipment specially used for dismantling and recycling stator components in electronic equipment. It is mainly used to separate the copper wire, iron core and other metal materials in the stator to achieve efficient resource recycling. Its core function is to quickly decompose the stators of discarded motors, transformers and other electronic components through automation technology, improve metal recovery rate and reduce environmental pollution.

Working Principle
1. Pretreatment: Manual or robotic arms send discarded stators to the disassembly station.
2. Disassembly: The cutting device breaks the outer shell to expose the internal structure.
3. Separation: The exposed copper wire is pulled out by the copper grabbing device.
4. Collection: The copper wire is wound into bundles, the iron core is compressed into blocks, and the residue is classified and processed.
Advantages
1. Efficient recycling: The copper recovery rate can reach more than 95%, far exceeding traditional manual disassembly.
2. Environmental protection and energy saving: Reduce incineration or landfill pollution and reduce carbon emissions.
3. Automated operation: Reduce manual intervention, and the daily processing capacity of a single machine can reach 1-5 tons.
4. Modular design: The sorting or compression function can be expanded according to needs.
